The bedding may also be the source of your odor control problem.  To eliminate it as the potential problem, you should get all of your dog's bedding together and put it in the washing machine.  Make sure the detergent or fabric softener you use will not cause problems for your dog's skin.

One of the final reasons your pet may stink is because of his diet.  A good option to consider is to make your dog's food yourself at home.  The commercial food he has been eating may give him bad breath or a smelly coat.
